Pulse Fitness Centre is a welcoming happy family feel gym. We have qualified Gym Instructors and Personal Trainer’s that work in our fitness centre that are more then happy to help/assist in any way possible so that you can achieve your health and fitness goals.
Our gym is fully equipped with state of the art equipment we are always moving with the times and keeping our equipment up to date we are open to trying what’s new such as the Fit Vibe the latest in vibration training this wonderful machine helps to improve circulation, bone density, flexibility, increases strength and also helps with the fight against cellulite a 10-15min workout on the Fit Vibe is equivalent to 1hr in the gym, We were the first fitness centre in Brisbane to have a Fit Vibe and now its here for good come in for your free trial.

We cater for the you old and in-between we have Circuit equipment that is designed for children using their body weight no room for error they just need to sit in then push or pull, we also cater for Seniors Monday – Friday from 9am -11am we have a Seniors Happy hour you pay half price casual visits into our gym and receive a fitness assessment and mini health check, and for our 12, 6 and 3month members we have Boxing 4 Fitness and Cycle classes that are free you also have the opportunity for an initial Fitness Assessment and program. Here we try to cater for everyone “We Are Not Just a Youth Club”
We have many different ways that you can become a member here if you just want somewhere to go while your child is participating in one of our PCYC club activities then you can pay a casual visit hop on a treadmill/bike/rower/cross trainer for an hour no strings attached.
